Starting this year, FDA will require all prescriptions to include a "side effects statement."

This statement will advise patients to call their health care provider if they have side effects...and to also consider reporting them to FDA's MedWatch.

You can provide this statement with a sticker on the vial or package...a preprinted vial cap...separate sheet of paper...or with the consumer medical info or MedGuide.
